Knott Avonide Cast Trailer Coupling Type KFG35 2700-3500kg - KCB35AOD

The Knott Avonride KFG35 trailer coupling with lockable cast steel hitch fits to a trailers A-frame. This coupling has been used on many Ifor Williams trailers as well as Meredith & Eyre Brian James and Bateson trailers.

The coupling is designed for use with Knott Avonride auto reverse brakes. The maximum towing weight of this coupling is 3500kg the maximum nose weight is 150kg. The front mounting holes are 120mm centre to centre.

The coupling comes with:

• A pad and handle to mount a jockey wheel.
• A breakaway cable fitted.
• A handle for easy use and carrying.
• A replaceable skid on the bottom to protect the brake link.
• A Knott Avonride locking 50mm cast steel hitch with 2 keys.
• Hydraulic energy store to ensure smooth handbrake operation.
• The coupling does not come with any mounting bolts.

The Knott Avonride KFG35 coupling has been lifetime tested to 2 million cycles and is 94/20 EC approved as well as 71/320 EC approved therefore, you can be assured that the coupling will stand up to a lifetime of usage.

For use with this coupling we would recommend a serrated jockey wheel due to the stresses on any jockey wheel used with this coupling.
